JOE CLOSE

DIRECTOR

Upon leaving school, Joe started work at a local building company as a Junior Surveyor. Here he learnt the ropes of the building industry by shadowing his directors, assisting with the pricing and management of various projects ranging from home renovations to full hospital refurbishments.

In 2017 Joe started buying run down properties and flipping them in his spare time, trading under the company name – J Close Developments Ltd.

J Close Developments has continued to grow year after year and now has multiple projects in development at any time.
